How I Made It Happen

When I first came to the United States in my teens, I bought giant bags of garlic gloves so I always have some in my kitchen. I couldn't use it fast enough to keep it fresh, so I began experimenting by crushing in with my favorite herbs. 

And Julia's Gourmet was born.
